Dr. Peterson earned his bachelors degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He received his Medical Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Peterson’s medical internship and residency were completed at Albany Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester.
He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. His professional interests include Clinical Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac Catheterization. He is the medical director of the Nuclear Medicine laboratory at Cardiology Associates of Schenectady.
